1. DEFINITIONS
"Company" refers to Workspace Retreat, the provider of corporate massage services.
"Client" refers to any company, organisation, or individual that purchases or receives services from the Company.
"Services" refer to any corporate massage service provided by the Company, whether on-site or at a designated location.
2. BOOKINGS AND APPOINTMENTS
All bookings must be made at least 14 days in advance to ensure availability.
A minimum booking time of 2 hours per event/session is required.
The Client is responsible for providing a suitable, safe, and clean location for on-site services.
The Client must ensure that adequate space is available for the massage setup, including massage chairs or tables as required.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
All invoices are due within 7 days of the service being provided unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Late payments will incur an interest charge of 10% per month.
Payment can be made via bank transfer or invoice.
4. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled appointment to avoid charges.
Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service fee.
The Company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, such as staff illness or emergencies. In such cases, the Client will be informed as soon as possible, and any deposits paid will be refunded or credited toward future services.
5. HEALTH AND SAFTEY
Clients must disclose any pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or allergies that may be relevant to the massage services provided.
The Company reserves the right to refuse service if it is deemed that the massage may cause harm to the recipient due to health conditions.
The Company follows strict hygiene and safety standards, including the use of sanitised equipment and disposable coverings.
6. LIABILITY
The Company is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or after the service unless such injury or damage is directly caused by the negligence of the Company.
The Client assumes full responsibility for ensuring that participants in the massage session are fit to receive massage services.
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the use of its services.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY
The Company will ensure that all personal information shared by the Client or massage recipients is kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing services.
8. FORCE MAJEURE
The Company is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
9. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes prior to their implementation.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
