You can tailor the length of each treatment session to suit your needs. Depending on the total hours booked and the number of employees, here are some examples of how time can be allocated:

2 Hours: Could accommodate 8 employees with 15-minute sessions or 4 employees with 30-minute sessions.


3-4 Hours: Allows for flexible scheduling based on your team's preferences, balancing shorter and longer sessions. Could accommodate 12-16 employees with 15-minute sessions or 6-8 employees with 30-minute sessions.

5-6 Hours: Ideal for larger teams or events, providing ample time for all employees to receive treatments. Could accommodate 20-24 employees with 15-minute sessions or 10-12 employees with 30-minute sessions.

Very little room is needed for onsite massage. While a separate room is preferred, an area of about 3m x 3m in the office where the chair can be set up will be sufficient.

Yes, the therapist will arrive with all necessary equipment, including a massage chair, consultation forms, sanitiser, and face covers for each client. Hands and the massage chair will be sanitised between each client.

Not at all, each client will choose a convenient slot that minimally disrupts their working day. Each treatment generally lasts no longer than a coffee break. Chair massages are performed fully clothed without oils, so employees can return to work immediately after their session. This allows your company to promote employee wellbeing without hindering performance.

Yes, each employee will need to fill out a questionnaire before the treatment begins, as certain conditions may preclude them from receiving treatment.
